Very difficult to understand/read this thread without punctuation. Just an observation.

It is your defroster that is causing an interference with the antenna that runs through the back panel somewhere.

Tint?
Don't know if this has anything to do with it but thought I would throw it out there just in case.
Are your windows tinted? If so, what type of tint did they use. When I went tint shopping to get quotes the were explaining to me the different types of tint. Basically they said that alot of the newer cars are now coming with antennas in the glass. Due to that you can't just use any type of tint. It has to be a non-metalic tint (I believe that's right) so that the tint doesn't interfere with the reception. Just something to look into.

This is why some people are afraid to post because they are afraid of being condenmed for not being perfect.

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin. When a wide spread problem is found with any car they release a TSB so that other mechanics don't waste tons of time trying to trouble shoot issues like this, they just go to the GM TSB website & do a search for the problem.

Looks like someone else isn't perfect. Last time I checked "have is spelled h-a-v-e not a-h-v-e". Most should have started with cap. See how easy it is to make a mistake.
