Scrapping?

I am so hosed. I drive a lifted truck and never think about angled roads any more. And I thought quick shifting would be my biggest concern!

I have my car registered in VA and take frequent trips to the Suffolk area... no front plate... Ive noticed that if you dont drive like an a-hole then the police wont go out of their way to get you for it... but its a different story depending on the county...

For anyone still interested in this thread, I measured several cars at Dallas Cars and Coffee today.
Corvette Z06 - ranged from 4" to 5" on stock cars
Corvette ZR1 4 1/2"
Camaro SS - 8"

In speaking with a number of Corvette owners, it appears the scraping problem is just as bad in both ZR1 and Z06 - and you can see the stock height is just about the same. If the ZL1 is as low as the Vettes and the distance to the front tire is the same, it will be a scraping problem on steep drives and pretty much any but the smallest speed bumps. It actually may be worth taking the front splitter off for those of us who will be using it as a daily driver and putting it back on for performance use. I know on the ZR1 it takes less than 10 minutes. Hopefully someone can get us a measurement off a ZL1 soon.
