Lindsey Chevrolet has to be the biggest group of crooked salesman in the country. I have an order sitting at 3000 for less than MSRP. Lindsey Chevrolet cold calls me to sell a Camaro. They have one on the lot. I let him do his sales pitch. He is asking $10K over MSRP.

Now I've been getting these calls for months. Here is how the rest of the call goes:
Me "Isn't that a lot for a Camaro?"
Salesman :"Not for a collector's car. We've been getting it all day long with no problem."
Me:"I ordered at GM employee pricing."
Salesman: "Someone must be stupid or going out business to do that."
Me:"Enjoy it while you can."
Salesman: "Oh, I will."

How arrogant of a prick can you be? I hope they go under and this jerk is unemployed.

I used to live by there. They even over charge for parts. The prices were insanely higher than the Chevrolet dealer in Fredericksburg.

Since like you need to double check your paperwork and make sure it's got all the right signatures.

If they are so easily selling these cars for 10k over, why the hell is he cold calling YOU?? Stupid idiots. When a salesperson resorts to calling people to sell cars, they are hurting and desperate.

Koons in tysons corner had me put down my 3k deposit on a order that was at 3300 and told me I'd be paying MSRP with delivery within the month. A month later they had no idea where the car was then notified me that I was being charged for 5k in upcharge. Needless to say I screamed at the manager for my deposit back..THe next day bought the same car off the lot in thurmont MD.....SOme dealers are straight up jackasses

Everyone around here knows that Koons are crooks. Go to Country Chev in Warrenton next time. No bull. MSRP minus any other incentives you're authorized...ie. USAA etc.

My dealership was dead set against those tactics. Thats just bad business in my book but there are a lot of naive people out there.
