OP, please don't take offense, but this is a subjective question that will net you a myriad of answers. I could tell you that the Flowmaster cat-back system is the best, because it's the system I chose and I'm happy with it. Others will have their own opinions.
Search the site. There's a ton of info about exhaust systems.

Boost fuel economy with an aftermarket exhaust? I never heard of that.
There are what several hundred different ways to purchase an exhaust system. I'm not sure how to answer your question. you will get a hundred different answers. |

There is no "best" when it comes to exhaust, just what sounds best to you. In my opinion it is the Stainless Works Retro Chambered cat back.

Go to a local Camaro club and listen and ask... It's all personal opinion, there's no power or mileage to be had. YouTube doesn't give this motor justice.
Also, of your an A6, take into account for when it goes into 4 banger mode. The sound is gawd awful and you'll be tuning the car in no time to get rid of 4 banger mode.

Magnaflow makes their competition series exhausts, thatts what I have. It's very aggressive, people say they can't believe that it's a modern muscle car when they see it after just hearing it.
