i thought the zl1 was going to have a 373 rear if they do how did it hit 172mph that car is flat out flying!!

What's really impressive is the ZR1 only gets to about 180 on the same straight! Not bad at all.

Just read that he did 40 laps in 3 days....

"Reuss told us one of the automaker's top engineers, Aaron Link, put 40 laps on the car over three days, during which time he worked out the parameters for the second most aggressive of the ZL1's five Performance Traction Management driving modes (it'll be called "Full Race" and fall just short of the "Holy crap, everything's off!"

Just watched the video for the 2012 Z06 at the "ring", it topped out at 171 mph on the back straight. The Camaro is putting down some serious power to top out at 173 mph!!! Wow...

We know how fast it is. We know how it handles, now all we need to know is how much will it COST? I would think 50k would be reasonable, plus GG tax and state tax. Out the door price should be approx. 54k.
