Yep - you put the gibberish code from the YouTube URL in between "u2b" and "/u2b" tags.
Thanks for posting this. While not as destructive as other things we've seen...it's a good reminder...stuff happens...messing up on the street is the last thing a person wants to happen. Imagine if there had been a sidewalk in the path of the sliding car....and kids on the sidewalk...
