Shipping Camaro TX to FL Suggestions?

I need to ship my Camaro to FL, I went to a site where I put in the date for pick up along with the pick up location and drop off location and they e-mailed me quotes from several different carriers. This is the first time I've ever shipped a car, does anyone have any advice on carriers, good or bad? Should I look out for certain things, etc? I want to make sure I get a good deal with a reputable company.

I believe that site is "U ship" I have used them several times over the last 15 years shipping cars from me to customers and to me on purchases.
If your Camaro is a Nice car, I would opt for a closed trailer . otherwise it will get all the road dirt. scratches, oil tar, Most of those guys are fairly decent but they are in it for the money. NOT to love your car. They have a tendency to be a bit careless.
I just cannot see a new Camaro on a carrier with a couple old wrecks and some newer dirty stuff. JMO

I second a closed trailer.

Check in with Speedster... He's done it twice, Fl to Ca, and now its headed back...

I believe the trucking company is one that one our members works for...

andredmg, is one of the drivers for this company...

I'm getting work done on the car, so it will be in the shop for a couple of days. I'll probably drive it back though.

We signed a company up on our club webpage South Jersey Camaro if you would like to check them out.
They have open and closed trailers to choose from.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.
