Very Proud of Dealer and GM Network (Littleton Chevrolet)

As some read early in the week , I snapped a driveshaft u-joint and looked as though I was down for the count!! Prognosis was that no parts were available and it would be up to 3 weeks. I was heartbroken, summer is short up here in Vermont. WAIT.......... I got a call Wednesday that they were FED'Ex ng a driveshaft assembly from either the Vendor (Rotorion) or the Factory floor.
I picked the car up this afternoon thanks to a dedicated group of people who did some hard work behind the scenes to get me back on the road!!!

This is the kind of service that will put GM back on Top and is a great indicator of their committment to customer!!!

The car was spotless and well taken care of while it was there!!!

Nice to hear a positive GM story.

Seems to be the latest trend to bash the hell out of GM, and I don't really understand it.

Thank you -- sincerely -- for your kind note.

We are working very hard to address every issue that occurs.

Without happy customers, we're toast.

That said, there will always be a few that will not be satisfied.....

Glad you're back behind the wheel of your new Camaro! Now go enjoy it on those 'Green Mountain" roads!

I am a happy GM warranty repair customer also. I saw this thread but started my own to give my local dealer and GM a big thumbs up also.

I beleive it is the same shaft- It looked to me like the end cap on the joint fell off- they are epoxied not clipped. probably a fluke problem and not common
