youll set the cat efficiency code.

I'm at a toss up, I have the ADM intake sitting here, plan on ordering the ARH+magnaflow package..I know its gonna lead to me tuning it, but I dont want to put up with crap if something goes wrong.

Go and look at Ted Jannetty's test which states the LT's do absolutely nothing to the AFR.

I've had my Lt's on for about 1100 miles (with NO tune), still no light. and have had 2 dyno pulls and my AFR's are almost perfect. I do plan on a full tune soon, should see another 15 - 20 RWHP. Currently at 418 with Lt's, xpipe, 3'', CAI.

The ones in Teds test were 1 3/4, 1 7/8, and 2in. All with high flow cats. From his test, NONE of them NEEDED a tune to make very good gains. I didn't notice if they threw a code from the cats being further back in the system but the AFR and FT's on all sets were pretty much dead on.

I don't have a performance tune and my Fuel Trims are dead on. (I DO have a mini-tune to disable just the P0420 and P0430 codes and DFCO).

Don't forget the mail order tune option. We tune pcm's custom for the customers mods mail order.

With installing long tubes & high flow cats your going to see the SES light without some tuning changes.

The tune, TSP long tube headers, x pipe, axle back & cold air would cost just over $2000!!!

That's your exhaust and accessories. Other setups would cost well over $3k.

If it popped a code imediately then something was left unplugged, if it popped a code after driving a few miles then it was just Cat efficiency codes.

Headers do not set lean or rich codes regarless of manufacturer.

Ted.
