Do L99's have posi in the rear end or not??
Title pretty much says it all.
For all of us out here with the L99 auto tranny set up, I am starting to hear that the auto tranny's do NOT have a posi rear end. Can some of the pros chime in on this please. I have heard the the V6 autos do Not have posi, and that the L99 V8 did. Now I am hearing that both of the Auto tranny's (V6 & V8) do NOT have a posi rear end. I also have a couple of friends that when doing a burn out in the L99 auto only one (1) back tire spins  I give up, any help would be great thanx all

Of course we have posi (limited slip). The v6 does not. I cant think of any V8 auto Camaro that did not have some sort of limited slip that I have owned.

SS Automatic V6 Manual All have limited-slip diff. V6 autos do not.

The V6 auto is the only one that misses out on the fun. :(

I have a 2011 LT1 v6 with a automatic and both tires spin it doesn't matter if it is wet or dry and when it's wet it will go sideway in 2nd gear so I would think it at least has limitid slip.
