Config not working
I just got my car back from the repair shop after a month. I got hit, and after the accident, they unhooked the battery (so the airbags wouldn't deploy accidentally). Later at the shop we hooked up the battery again so the windows could be closed.
Anyways, in getting the car back, I found the stereo worked, the iPod worked, etc. I did notice the clock was set to 3:40. Since it was 7:00, I figured I'd need to set the clock. I went into config, and just saw this: < < < < I was able to navigate up and down, but if I selected stuff I'd just get more of the above, though it seems like it's based on the actual menu structure. No text though. Well, no text except for the first line which looks like its supposed to adjust the clock. When I went in, it showed the 3:40 with the 3 highlighted. I couldn't change the hour, but if I hit the select, I could then go to minutes and adjust those. Any idea on what might be going on here? Is there a way to reset the entire unit? Just checking here in case anyone has an idea, before I take it into the shop.
