Finally decided on MRT V2 exhaust .....now what?

Man...I have been bit by that mod bug bad. Got the LED Del last week, installed.
got the CAI Ind. C.A.I. last week ....installed. now I'm ready for the exhaust ...after reading alot of reviews on here, I have decided with MRT V2.
Now where should I purchase from, for best price and service?
Should I install myself, I don't have any stands...and read some people said you're better welding instead of clamps.......
so what do y'all think?

Thank you

i think most people get theirs straight from mrt.

and if you can get them welded, i would.

yup mrt is the most helpful and reliable i think. also just get them put on at a muffler shop for like 60 to 100. i think it is worth it.

You made a wise decision! It's amazing what this exhaust will do to our V6's. Got mine installed a month ago and its my favorite mod thus far.

Welcome to the MRT ARMY!

Get them welded and there are vendors on this site who now carry mrt exhausts. Last I checked they were cheaper then mrt.

I put mine in last weekend. It's really not that hard - I put it up on a couple 2x4 planks and had plenty of clearance getting a reciprocating saw under there. From there if you're clamping you can do it easily - even off the blocks

I got mine from morano, free shipping and it was fast....not to mention the discount....I too recommend having a muffler shop weld it on.....just make sure you talk to the guy that is actually installing it....show him exactly how you want it to look.....in other words ensure he knows to position the tips in the center of the fascia and how far the tips should stick out. You would think it would be common sence.....but take nothing for granted.

do you have any issues with the left side shifting up...like they talk about on other posts?
