Allocations after Shutdown

Does anyone know if dealers will get their next round of allocations (assuming they have any more) for July-Aug as soon as the Camaro line comes back online July 13 or will it be the following week when GM as a whole resumes full operations?

Wait I could be slow as anything but what do you mean when then Camaro line comes back online July 13th? Did something happen? Why did they halt the full operations?

That wouldn't make sense, to me at least, because the 4th of july is when the US adopted the Declaration of Independence in 1776 declaring independence from GB. Not when canada declared independence. So with Oshawa being in Canada why would this affect production? hahaha I feel so stupid for saying this but I'm really confused.

Normally there is a 2 week shut down for retooling and maintenance on the line in July. The camaro line is only shutting down for 1 week the week of the 6th.

Hey AZ,
Your order sure went through very quick. I ordered mine last week from a dealer that had allocations and I hope mine goes as smooth as yours!!

It was pretty smooth except for the 2 week delay in QC but hopefully it will be perfect because of it. Now is the hard part...waiting for that slow assed train!!

Yes, that was my understanding (although I don't recall where I read it).
