You haven't done much in the way of metal-working, have you? Not an insult!! I promise!! But some of our measurement systems are so ass-backwards it's ridiculous. The other stuff is up for debate.

Ya mon. We'll put them in there.

I bet there will be aftermarket gauges too. Oh idk, maybe a Torque gauge!

yepper! That is the flatest torque "curve" known to man.

It goes from 0-holycrap! in milliseconds, and just stays there.

Oh, and I like the lit gauges, looking forward to night driving.

There are no RS specific gauges. There is only a set for the LS & LT models and a set for SS models. But otherwise I agree, I don't like the orange/red ring. I hope that only comes with the orange interior and all models with other interior colors come with only blue gauges.

I much prefer the V6 gauges to the SS gauges. There is no reason to make the tach go up to 9K. There is no reason to put all that red clutter past 100-odd MPH on the speedo. It isn't a dealbreaker but it will annoy me. I'll certainly get DEJ or Camaro Black style gauge overlays if they become available.

Also, what is the point of a torque gauge? It would only be useful while driving, and trying to read it way down there while driving and seeing changes while accelerating would be a very foolhardy (and dangerous) practice.

Very nice! This video is enough to convince me to get some sort of ABL for my 1LT - I'm looking at some of these

from Swint LED in their ocean (a blue/green blend - its a bit more green than this in person) color

and putting them under the dash so they light up the floorboard.

The SS guages look terrible and the 9krpm tach makes no sense, not to mention its on the wrong side. What is with the 20mph marks on the speedo? I have to say there is not much I like about the dash at all..................
