We're all gonna go broke trying to be the fastest in the club, lol! Just build a reliable fun car and forget about it.

Speaking of going broke trying to go fast. I bought a supercharger and am building a TH400 this winter. Not to mention I will still need axles, roll cage and harness at a minimum. Wallet is kinda hurting right now.

Awesome! I did the centri sc a few months back. Burned up my textralia clutch on the first pass with the new setup, installed an RXT twin. Now I need a cage this winter also. It never ends!

I just helped Bad70supreme slap one on about 7-8 pages ago and I posted vids. He has a baby baby Lunati cam with a TCI flex plate and 3600 PTC converter. He was 11.9 first hit and ended up with an 11.6 iirc. Not bad if you ask me. Whatever you do DO NOT get a poly bushing with rubber motor mount bushings. You'll get a vibration so use a rubber bushing on the Trans.

No need for cages fellas, unless you have a convertible or ttops. NHRA rules were amended and you can run a 9.99!

That is good to know. At that point, what kind of cage is necessary? What about harnesses and stuff??
