Sorry late to the game here, but considering that I see 1 out of 10 Mustang's on the road with a v8 and the fact that the Camaro looks better IMHO of course........there will always be someone with more horsepower than you....that's what makes the game fun!

Honestly they are really similar. I prefer my camaro obviously, but my mustang was a great car. I had an 06 btw. Camaro seems to ride a little smoother, but power is very similar. Braking is wayyy better in the camaro, thats one thing that sucks in the mustang. As far as creature comforts, the camaro is slightly better, a little more comfortable.

Hey finally someone that wants to talk with out blowing off. Thanks for your input. I due believe the six speed manual was way over due. I think if they keep the weight out of them, it will be a pretty even match up.

This is way off topic but yesterday I saw the funniest thing and I just started yelling ricer poser. Too bad all my windows were up and so were his, but anyway while driving home at a stop light I see this 2002 grand prix or whatever year it was. If was the old body model, and it was four door and had hood scopes on it with RAM AIR written on them and then low and behold on the back of the truck it had SS stickers on it. I was like WTF pontiac doesn't have SS anything pontiac is GT or GTP or GXP. I wanted to get out my car and tell this kid wrong car division poser.

Thats my story, now back to your regular scheduled program.

Great.. another generation of GT 5.SLOWS to contend with.... HP figures are nice, and it is a lighter car, but MOST owners of them really can't drive worth a crap... Nice car cept for the rear profile of it, if they'd left the tail panel alone it would be a much more attractive car.
