Lol, I am sure you are right. However, the tank is much more forgiving when you run into or over stuff!

In fact i remember back in the beginning when "tramtwo" wrote and said nice job on getting the homepage, i didn't understand what he meant. A couple days later i just happened to see what he was talking about. I was fortunate to make to homepage for being the 1st to track their 1LE when i went to Laguna, and then to make the homepage again for what happened at FONTANA. The point of my thread was that this place has gotten "BORING" and since in the past the "MOD'S" seemed to be on a "GOD" like controlling state of mind and would change stuff daily....hence this thread!!

I remember this place being helpful, somewhat friendly most of the time, and fun. Norm, good to hear from you.
I guess it's a function of there not being so much that's actually new about or for the 5th gen and the site not being quite as busy as it used to be. Over the last 8 or 9 months, forum traffic seems to have shifted over to favor Camaro6 although I have no way of knowing if the total volume has remained steady.

Don't suppose that your recent move had anything to do with thinking about this now, do you? No regrets there, I'm sure.

The same thing happens to other sites. I was on LS1Tech for years and it was a very active and helpful site. Eight years later, after the 5th Gen came along, it’s gotten pretty stagnant and people are a lot more snippy now. I don’t need to post there anymore because pretty much everything has been covered on the 4th Gen and can be found with a search. It just is what it is.

This. I remember when CamaroZ28, Montecarloss, and the Corral were all far busier than they are now.

I suppose some traffic has moved over to fb, which is out of sight/out of mind as far as I am concerned (I'm not missing much from what I've heard).

Merry Christmas, guys.

So now they don't have to change it for 7 months.
