I am having a strange problem with decisions...

Black is by far my favorite color on the car and is the most appealing to me and my eye. However when i sit in it or see it, it doesn't excite me as much as IBM, RJT, SW, SIM, OR YELLOW. I'm not really sure what i should do, stick to what i like or pick something that excites me...

Yea, get what excites you, plus black is very hard to keep clean.

Sapper1 hit the nail on the head...........having a car that you like is one thing, having a car that EXCITES you is totally another, and what I have always strived for.........it is all about YOU, and how it makes YOU feel. No one else.

this car is YOUR car... not the guy down the street... so choose a color that makes you smile when you see it...
if you are looking for practicality your love wont stand the test of time...

we can't help you decide on color, purely personal taste. Just as I can't help you decide if you like chocolate or vanilla ice cream better.

I'll be honest, I too went through the same delima ... I wanted black and was going to do the knight Rider thing to it, you know, the red light in the front ... Butt hen as I looked at it more, the col lines were lost in the darkness. So I went with what really excited me ... RALLY YELLOW!! I so went out of the box on this one. It was between the Yellow and the Red Jewel. The reason I went with Yellow was simple ... Everybody had black, everybody had silver but only a few were brave enough to go with yellow. Heck red jewel was just another shade of red, so I went with yellow and very happy I did.

Trust me when I say I was there dude, do not get black for the cool lines that made you fall in love with the car will be lost.

Go with what your gut tells you .... something that jumps out .. something that pops and grabs your eye.

I agree. Black is the prettiest color for basically any car in my opinion, but having owned numerous black vehicles(wife current CTS as well) they are impossible to keep clean. Therefore, if you want a color that pops and really stands out, you can't go wrong with yellow.

Black can sometimes be a boring color on cars but on the 5th its pure sex. Tint the windows and instant permabone.

I have only seen RY, SIM, and RJT "in the wild" but the car looks great in all the colors as far as I can tell.

Having owned a few black cars every speck of dirt ,dust or anything else shows up real well on black.. I went with rally yellow and I'm not going to the car wash twice a week.
However get what you really want, because you'll be living with your choice for a long time!!!
