Cleaned mine and my girlfriends rides for the weekend. We are gonna do some spirited driving tomorrow, and my girlfriend wants to show me how she is getting the hang of her badass LS3 after 3 weeks. Gonna be a fun Saturday.....

Looks nice! I like the straight shot to the fascia. Nice color choice. Really changes the appearance for the better.

Well it finally started.Everytime i would start the car I'd get a throttle position sensor code and the dreaded reduced engine power code.I noticed that the times I charged the battery up over night,it would not throw a code so I knew it was time to replace the battery.Freaking $214.00 for a damn battery is crazy!Put it in and have'nt had to get the code scanner out since.Weather has been crazy here, wind 45-55mph,rain off and on,so I stayed in the garage and waxed her up,vaccumed it out and she's looking good. Can't wait for this crappy weather to be gone so I can take her out for a while.

Where did you purchase your battery?! Paid $110 at AutoZone when I replaced mine about 6 months ago.

I feel your pain. Interstate Battery set me back $205 last week, but with the Yukon in the shop getting an upgrade, one car with an iffy battery was not gonna cut it. 2014 - figure battery is about 5 yrs old, yeah, the wisest thing to do.

Their gold is $202 790cca, $222 for the duralast platinum.
Napa has them on sale $162 790cca and $177.

I have to get a new one and was just checking prices.

do we Camaro owners need any special battery? I bought one for my F150 (sorry) not long ago and it approx $100 CAD and good specs.

Yes, a vented battery because it's in the trunk.

Finally installed my Hotchkis heavy duty end links and BMR reinforcing bracket I got for Christmas. Was a drag crawling around the shop floor, sure wish I had a lift.

Yup this is correct. Here is an interesting read even though the owner had the original vented battery.

Thanks! I wanted to do something different from the factory stripes and I was also able to cover blemishes on both the front and rear bumper so that was a bonus. I always liked IBM with CGM stripes, but you hardly ever see that combo. This is an Avery metallic grey, but it's close.
