Ha!, no I was an avionics tech in the early 80's and worked on them while stationed in England - keeping the Red Hordes at bay!

What was the 0-60, 1/4 mile time and horse power of that baby?, not so mention the awesome power of the 30mm GAU.

If I figure it right, about 17,123 HP at 300 knots cruising speed.

You guys ROCK! I had a few questions about my install and they were all answered here! Thanks for clearing up the issues with the tape, batt lug and routing PCV and MAF harness. Great PICS!!!

I am very pleased with this intake! VERY pleased. I had another CAI and had to return it. I hope they follow through with the refund.

Thanks for your patronage "monza". Andy and I have been very distracted with shop projects and have not been able to get the web info updated yet. Glad the posts here helped out.....!

There is no doubt about the quality and workmanship of ADM parts.

Another update. I'm getting 18 MPG on my daily drive to work after my ADM intake installation. That's up from around 17. If my math's right that's a 6% increase

More torque means more gas mileage...under the curve that is!

Congrats.

Thanks Andy

Just wanted to add to this thread that I too purchased and installed Andy's AIB.
Like I emailed to Andy, the hardest part was getting the washer bottle to move up far enough through the grommet to get the cap ring and cap back on.......I was by myself and could have used a little help having someone pushing the bottle up while I was installing the cap at the top.

The rest of the install was pretty easy.

I really like the unit and had the Muffler-delete done today. I REALLY like the sound of that as well. Used the 409 SS pipe and it sounds awesome.
I highly recommend trying it out to see if you like it as well.

Next stop is a dyno tune to tweek it. I would happily take it to Andy's if I wasnt in Phila area.....although Texas would be a great roadtrip!

Thanks again Andy for your help!
