Loosen desired side engine mount and get a crowbar in there against frame and block and apply pressure!

NastySS Explains a little of what he did to remedy this problem.

thank you all.

You say loosen desired side mount, you mean loosen mount from frame or loosen mount from motor?

I would loosen the actual mount from the frame and shift it no more then 1" that should be more then enough.

Or you can just let the steering shaft make the dimple for you when it gets hot it should bend to its will over time.

Best Regards

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply.

Dimple was forsure the best option after all. I didnt have to dimple much and I would say you can do it easily enough without heat. I did use heat and big socket.

All good now.

sorry buddy. Speed Engineering headers. Very happy with them from the moment I saw them.

I wish I didnt have that rub but that is more of a motor mount issue than a header issue.

Thanks
