Finally broke 500rwhp NA, combo and dyno vid and results inside

Welp, it took awhile but was finally able to break 500rwhp.
Dyno was in 100% humidity, it was raining and temp was around 85 degrees so not bad considering the conditions
Dyno shows a breakdown of 3 different times the car was ran and with different mods

2013 Camaro SS M6 Stock trans, clutch, rear gears

Blue line: 418rwhp 412rwtq on 93 Octane
BBK 1 5/8 Long tube headers and high flow cats
Corsa Xtreme ZL1 Exhaust
Cold Air Inductions CAI
Janetty Remote Tune

Red Line: 487rwhp 442rwtq on 93 Octane
TSP 1 7/8 Long tube headers and no cats
Corsa Xtreme ZL1 Exhaust
Cold Air Inductions CAI
TSP stage 3 231/246 cam
TSP trunion upgrade
Custom tune

Green Line: 512rwhp 462rwtq on E-85
TSP 1 7/8 Long tube headers and HIGH FLOW CATS ADDED
Corsa Xtreme ZL1 Exhaust
Cold Air Inductions CAI
TSP stage 3 231/246 cam
TSP trunion upgrade
GPI rod modded and ported intake manifold, heat shield added

Sounds bad ass, great HP and Torque curves also! How is that Corsa system in the car? Does it drone, resonate and vibrate stuff? I heard the Corsa is not supposed to be too bad with all of that.

Whoever tuned it knows how to tune the idle too, its not doing that annoying blap, blap, blap shit. Its a nice broken up, uneven cam sound like it should be.

With the first mods listed on the Blue line dyno it had no drone and was perfect. After the 2nd list of mods with the added TSP headers and no cats it was way way way too loud and I like loud. I couldn't even talk inside the car. It also developed a drone at around 2,500 to 2,800 rpm, very small area and not bad but noticeable. I added high flow cats after that which lowered the exhaust enough to where it is perfect for me, still very loud and enjoyable but not too crazy inside the car. It still has that small 300rpm range of drone but I do not stay at that rpm on the highway so its not a problem for me.

Thanks for the insight, I'm suprised cats quiet the exhaust down as much as people say, i guess when the sound hits that honeycomb it gets knocked down some.

I have listened to every camaro on youtube and yours sounds the best by a long shot!

Thanks, I am extremely happy with the idle and sound, I get looks and compliments everyday that I drive it. and when it hits 4,000 and up it is purely orgasmic lol.
The TSP high flow cats made a big difference, of course it is still very loud but with no cats it was simply unbearable

Right on about the idle - I really don't like that fake chop everybody seems to be in love with now-a-days. Get the underspeed spark to just bounce it over and over - no thanks. Give me that natural lope from the cam, no more no less.

It's American Racing Long Tube Headers 1.875", high flow cats, X-pipe, stock cat-back with cutouts behind the axle. It's pretty reasonable with the cutouts closed, and with them open it's more or less a rolling apocalypse. 19* of overlap doesn't need any extra lope, that's plenty!

Cant believe it sounds that good with stock suitcase mufflers!!!!! bet it does not drone either. Is this video through the mufflers and did it make that HP through the mufflers?

No, that's cutouts opened. I've never dyno'd with them closed it honestly doesn't feel a bit different.

Nice numbers bro! I have the same cam and am 470rwhp and looking to get to 500 also. I guess I need to do the heads and the GPI manifold next to get closer. I have everything else as you. Here is 2 vids of mine. Enjoy the ride, I sure do !!

Your car is gorgeous man, I love the hood. It sounds great also. If I could do it all over again, I would get a hold of Ryan at GPI and do their LS7 top end kit, well worth it for the money.

Thank you sir! Yea yours looks sweet also! I love the red and black combo on these red cars, that's why I did mine like that looks nice. Yea the hood is an MPD cowl induction hood and it does work. Has 2 big vents at the back and a tunnel that runs all the way down to the CAI and dumps air in the box. Not sure what else I will do except heads and manifold, but the cam gets a LOT of attention, and yours will too. Not too many folks around here have cammed and stalled new Camaros, so everyone has to come look at it, get ready for the attention sir..
