My 13 didn’t need the drill mod on the PCV port on the valve cover.

Mine too, just click the shift button in till you hear a click in the column. There’s a plunger inside that is supposed to keep the key from coming out, it sometimes gets stuck. I’ve been doing this a couple months now and it works

So is someone able to confirm if the 2013 V6 has a low oil level light?

I have a 2013 2LT/RS that was built 08/2012 and it has the improved PCV orifice " These cars do not have a PCV valve anymore they are called PCV orifices and the ones up to 2012 have 3 smaller orifices that can become clogged. The 2013 and up have a larger orifice that will not clog. Below is a picture of my orifice<--------HAHAHAHAH with the larger hole.

Aren't all the LLT's and LFX's problem prone due to the timing chain design? There a gentleman on here that's a GM mechanic and he says all the 3.6's are problem prone and not very reliable since he fixes a lot of them.
I haven't had any problems yet, but I do try to keep on top of the maintenance requirements. |

Mine had to be replaced eventually as it got worse. Luckily I was still under warranty. |
