She's finally home 317 days from order to driveway.

well here she is:

my review:

absolutely love everything about the car! the only thing i can think of that i would even think about complaining about, would be the magnet seatbet retainers on the leather straps. they pop off really easy.

pros:

the leather is beautiful, supple to the touch and so comfortable, especially the shifter. the exterior styling is to die for, and pictures just cant do it any justice. midnight silver rims look way better than the polished, so im glad i went that route. the motor is extremely robust! she will spin tires all day long, kick the back end around, and just plain screams. the motor sounds like pure sex inside the cabin(sounds like a small v8). everyone that rode in mine said it was beautiful and fell in love with it, and everyone was giving me the stares!

i hope you guys all get yours very soon! its worth every minute of wait, and i must say when i walked in and she was parked in the bay all shined and waiting for me, she was so beautiful i instantly had a perma grin on my face!

financing was great, i was done in a half hour, ended up with a 5.89% rate, and my payments are 285 a month(will be paying off much quicker)!

how's everyone else making out?

I'm way green with envy. I keep hoping for good news from n-shane. We were on the same rail car, but his dealer is at least 5 hours closer than mine. I hate not being able to track anymore!

Thanks for sharing photos and your comments. My wife let me driver her 2SS today and I must say, I don't think there's any way possible I can break mine in easy.

These cars just beg you to put your foot down.

i didnt get to start on that hard break in today. i picked her up with 8 miles on it, im at 100 right now. i plan to start breaking her in hard probably on monday when the weather clears up. still getting used to the transmission and gear set. im looking forward to monday though!!!

It absolutely killed me to take it easy on her today, but being my first daily driven rear wheel drive vehicle, me learning the new transmission and gear sets, and the bad weather, i had to resist the urge to just hammer it! i cant wait until you all get yours and you can feel what i feel with mine!

also, i must say its been a real pleasure experiencing this whole process with each other. being able to come on here and discuss status, tracking results, future car plans etc with all my fellow 9/28er's has really made this whole process 10x more enjoyable. i cant wait until this week when you all start posting up your pictures of your new rides!

Ok so mike mine went EMPTY officially this morning at 8 how many days did u have to wait before u got the call??? plus the car is like an hour and a half away right now

Brought her home in a small snow squall Wednesday so I couldn't really get a good feeling for the handling . Took her to work today and wow what a performer, killer handling, tracks extremly well. Would you believe some kid in a Honda accord cut me off while I was on the on-ramp of the parkway. The fool wanted to race me, how embarassing to race a Honda , so I gave him the nod and off he went. I let him go and to my surprise a trooper came out of nowhere and pulled him over and let me
go. Wasn't worried because I wasn't trying, so sad too bad!!!
