Smile Who wants a CAI that actually works?

Ok guys/gals,

I had the opprutunity to work with a company locally that has shipped off a CAI to get mass produced for BOTH the V6 and BOTH V8's.......

Here is what got my attention:

V6 on a Mustang Dyno put on an additional 18 hp and 15 ft lb of torque
LS3 on the same dyno.............23 hp and 21 ft lb of torque!!!!

Like I said these numbers were to the WHEELS!!! I haven't seen anything like it. Most CAI's put out roughly 10-15 Crank H.P, this is crushing that!

This was an UNFINISHED NON PRODUCTION MODEL...........This thing was completely rough welded and unpolished!

Total install time was about 30 minutes and required zero tuning. By unbolting the plastic crap on the front of the engine, it free's up 20+ hp to the wheels, looks much better, allows the REAL ENGINE SOUND TO COME TO LIFE, and isn't cheep plastic looking crap.
Needless to say I can't wait to get the polished prototype bolted on here in a couple of weeks.

As soon as I get the final numbers I'll tell you who is producing it and its final cost.

Until then..............

My car was used to make the instruction manual. I don't get my intake for a couple weeks. They are awaiting the production protype and test fitting it on my car where she will stay and help Cammy breathe. As soon as I can post pic's and I'm given price info I'll post it and a contact name with the company so you guys/gals can get your orders in.

Yeah, China has some new technology that is not available here in the states and that is why the CAI's made in China are so much better.

Say what you want, I saw the results. I'm not selling it, making a dime off of it, and mine is free. Just putting the info out for those that are interested in a CAI.

The tube is 4" polished aluminum with a shorty filter. I can't see it weighing any more than stock.

Could be made it china, didn't ask, don't care. It works, looks good and helps my car breathe. What more do you want for a couple hundred $$'s?
