Well I debated which grill to get and I just ordered a ZL1 grill. Looking forward to installing it in spring.

Nice! Did you paint your lower grill too? Just had my heritage grill painted body color (gloss black) and my lower grill is the factory gray color. Thinking about painting it gloss black as well.

Wasn't much out there in the way of emblems in the olden days of 2009 when I installed mine, lol. I bought an emblem for a 2007 Impala SS, heated and bend it to fit the contour. Took a piece of aluminum t-channel and fabbed it and stuck the emblem on, then attached to grille from inside with 3M tape and speed nuts. Still going strong day I traded it 3.5 years later.

I now have a ZL1. I had the Heritage grill in but decided to change mine out again.

I put a spare ZL1 grill in but I modefied it with a Flowtie I built. Let me know what you think of it.

Installed unpainted with custom bracket for SS emblem. Matches up with the GFX quite well.

Can’t wait to do mine. Was cleaning and conditioning my leather seats today and was like wish it was nicer so I can pull this damn bumper off. But my car is in the garage and about 20’ worth of snow behind it in the driveway. Rest of the driveway is clean for my wife’s van and my beater. But I did black out the front emblem today and have the kit to mount the emblem on the heritage grill. Just not 100% sure still if I want a badge or not up front lol
