Yes grip is good!
I ran my car today for the first time with all the computer BS shut off, burned the tires for 2 blocks! I have a set of wheels and tire for the strip. CCW forged wheels and Mickey Thompson drag radials!

WOW! Are these just for the strip? What do you run on the street? When I drove RS's car today, all was fine and good with traction control on, but with the T/C off It's crazy, so I was thinking there's gotta be some street tires that may be better. Please help.![]()

Best thing to do is to ease into acceleration on the street, and be careful when the roads are as cold as they are now! These MT's can be used on the street, just don't know how many miles of life they will give ya!

Thanks Guys What about the Bridgestone Potenza's? They use them in the GTR's, and they're supposed to be really sticky.

Yeah well since I don't have my camaro at the moment, I guess I have time to research tires. But your's look great for the strip, Windy. So I might have to keep 3 sets of tires... One for the strip, one for the road generally, and one for when I race the Oral surgeon next door for pink slips.
