I have a Soler Performance ported throttle body and their throttle controller. I did turn the throttle controller back to stock when I installed the throttle body to see the differences. I still use the throttle controller because I feel it lets me fine tune the throttle response to my preferences in different situations. Experiment a little with both and the different settings, main thing is to get the car to respond the way you want.

I have to agree with SSJ2…
I have the same setup - a Soler Performance ported throttle body and their throttle controller and together the pair make a perfect whole!

I tried all 3 variants - OEM TB with tune, ported TB with tune and ported TB, tune and controller. And I wouldn't change

I have Bo's ported throttle body and a throttle controller. I took the throttle controller off when I first installed it but I ended up putting it back on because it wasn't enough.
I have never thrown any codes with it or went into limp mode.
