A beautiful and rare car! My friend owns one as well but I noticed your rear emblem is not placed correctly on the deck lid. It should be centered between the spoiler and the bottom edge of the deck lid. Not a big deal, maybe the original was stolen at one time and replaced. I know rare emblems are eye candy for some people. Very nice though, I'm jealous!!!!

Thanks for the compliment. I like the car very much, and especially in those colours.
Classic Pace Car colors. SLP produced 219 ZL575s out of an intended run of 250 cars.
Only 13 cars were delivered in this color combination, so yes it is rare. I love it.

When it comes to the placement of emblems, I think it was about which person at SLP installed them?
I have seen that they are either mounted in the middle, as you mention, or down at the edge of the deck lid.
I have imported three ZL575s, and on one car the emblem is mounted in the middle, and on the other two they are mounted on the edge of the deck lid.
The picture is of #37

I have also noticed different placement of emblems on the front fenders

Body work done.

Picked up my sons car from the body shop after getting all the imperfections smoothed out. Looks brand new. Next new wheels and then the graphics.

Huh, did the bumblebee Camaro have a different bumper? I always thought it was mainly few badges and some interior panels.

Your son should be ecstatic.

Yeah, wheels, then some fogs to replace those plastic bezels.
I think GM did the base cars a real disservice with those plug uglies.
