I looked up your friend edyuly and this is what I found.

Went to the track on sunday ran a 12.89@109.68 on street tires my mods are JLT cold air intake, brenspeed tune,comp cams from brenspeed,new ram clutch,off-road x pipe, steeda underdrive pulley, and delete plates.This was on stock pirellis tires. Can i improve on this?

The list you showed does indeed say he was on stock tires and did not have a power adder. But there was no slot in the list for engine mods, exhaust, bolt ons etc. So I searched for those two people you claimed were stock and found out the grim truth.

Dude, nobody is lying. The list has the reqs.He had stock and n/a n/a. Ok. No I did not dive into the thread to look up if he was totally BONE stock....with nothing..I read the list as N/A meant N/A and stock meant stock. I would not have posted it if I did not WANT you to check.

You guys crack me up. Your so into the little nick pick facts to prove the Camaro is better..when in fact, it has been said many times that it is a faster car stock. Hell it should be ! But as I have said now..for the 3rd time, that a Mustang is not far behind..not far enough behind to beat a somewhat average driver with a really good driver. Everyone of you seem to miss the fact the driver that went 12.9 went 13.2 before he added the xpipe.

Also I misspoke about the sway bar and rear tire, but of course you guys here is hanging on every word, and did not even bother to read the part where I posted the vid and said they were going to remove those parts to see if they could get better than 12.9 Lol I guess the fact checking ended there..

So the one thing I can say that the 2010 seems to respond well to very minor mods. I mean the guy went sub 13 with a Xpipe ! Hmm i would say the car responded very well to mods. A simple xpipe gets te Mustang below 13's 373 gears are part of the axle package on the order page. . So yeah we can spin it all. So yeah these guys were not BONE SHOWROOM STOCK like the list seem to say. Oh well. 1 point for you guys.

I wonder if we do the same search will the 4 that went sub 13 in camaro's were actually BONE stock as well. I mean DR's are not bone stock..

I don't understand why someone cares so much what we think of a Mustang. I don't care a rat's ass what a Mustang guy is saying about the Camaro and I wouln't go to their website to find out because I don't CARE!!!! I don't get it.

Meh. Your quite right. It really does not matter. I'm done. The order banks open on the 23rd for a 2011 so it will not really matter what a 2010 can do anyway. It will be old tech and a old platform soon.

So yeah, The 2010 CAMARO is a faster car in the 1/4 stock than a 2010 Mustang GT. w/ options. Whoohoo ! round 1 to GM. We will see what round 2 brings.

Your right. A 7-8 mph trap difference is a drivers race.

Looks like a 1992 z28 350 tpi is a drivers race for the 2010 mustang as well.

Why even buy a z06 corvette when the regular corvette is only around 7-8mph trap from it....looks like another drivers race.

Im done. Logic has no meaning in this thread.

so one guy had 7 mods to his car, 3 being pretty big, and ran a 12.89. Then another guy only had an x-pipe and ran sub 13?

Why didnt anyone tell that first guy that all he needed was an x-pipe? poor guy spent a lot of dough for not a lot of gain :(

on a side note i think im gona hit the track this weekend to set a new stock SSS record. Im just going to remove the bed, rear seat, hood, fenders, and doors. You know just minor things that are all factory, itll still be stock.

Dude I'm going to just leave the frame, steering wheel, and engine on there. Set that new stock record fo sho.
