which harness for standard z/28 seats?

hey folks, I've purchased an harness bar for the z/28 since I use it on the track.
I was wondering which harness to buy for it. I'm not planning to change seats (For now at least). My understanding is that this limits my choice to a 4-point harness with anti-sub system, more specifically a Schroth .

Is this correct?
Any advice? any of you using harness on the z/28?
