My tuner wasn't much help. His response was, " the long term trim on the driver side was much longer then the passenger side." He also said for the p0121 code " There are air flow limits for that one, he will have to check the tune file to see if we are exceeding those" and he mentioned checking all of my grounds, and all of my evap lines. But they all look pretty good. Honestly I am at a loss. Nothing looks out of place. The only thing left to check is he said that in a video I sent him, it sounded like the car wasn't running on all 8, and to check that all of my header tube's were the same temp and that I didn't have a dead cylinder. I did just do plugs a few weeks ago, but she has been running fine until about a week ago.

I don't think that WE had a conversation about the ZL1 fpcm, but we might have. When I told the tuner about running the ZL1 pump in the beginning, he mentioned that he can just go into hptuners and program it there to function at the proper capacity. I know when we tuned it he said the fuel pump was running at 48% duty cycle at WOT.

Howard still uses his redline email if you want to reach out to him.

No we did not have a conversation per say but I did comment a time or 2 in your build thread when you were speaking of the possible fuel pump issue.

Seems to be the Fuel pressure on bank 1 and 2 are not even close to matching. I think the feed side of the rail has good pressure but not the other side. I am seeing a significant dip in the rail pressure under WOT. I think that I may have burned up the pump running in low on gas once or twice... Damn those long roadtrips. Fuel pump arrives tomorrow. Fingers crossed, because all of the codes point towards fuel trim at the moment.

Just posting an update to close out this thread... Turns out I had a dead cylinder on one bank. I ran a thermal scanner and had a dead cylinder. Turns out one of my MSD wires shit the bed. I have only taken these wires on and off about 3 times and the prongs are already shot. Changed them out for a set of ACDelco wires and she is back to running 100% with no issues. Will be returning the fuel pump as soon as it arrives.
