wow, that is totalled? damage in the pics doesnt look that bad. It appears that I see the air bags blew in the side windows

It does not take much for Z/28 cars to get totaled. More parts are discontinued than not, so even somewhat fixable damage can cause being totaled due to cost/impossibility of properly fixing it. Cars like this have some body damage sure, but start adding up any suspension component damage on parts you cant get anymore as well….adds up quick.

I agree, I dont want to just look at it sitting pretty in the garage. I want to get out and enjoy it as much as I can. I am just careful as I can be with all the other maniacs on the roads these days

well... I track it , so I agree with you all. my comment was just about the fact that these cars require a serious dose of luck, to survive. the moment you have small damage you are f*cked

Very repairable car. I have all the parts to fix it, but I can't afford to get in a pissing match with Hawks. They win every time. They probably have a list of people waiting for parts and/or a rebuilt car. Great business model! ha ha
