I also got a chance to meet Pete from Pedders and a couple of the Aussie guys as well. I tried to hook up with Mike and thank him for the help with setting up my suspension but these guys have a tight schedule there and it was hard to be in the same place at the same time. The Pedders car looked great and it was nice to talk with Pete and thank him for their hard work. He also informed me that all of the cars in the GM booth were riding on Pedders suspension and GM paid for it all!!!

Hey RS did the clicking guys drive you nuts? They are a good reason to take a cab, that and the half mile long hotels.
mws. The card poppers were definitely out in full force each day after the show. They were lined up against the street and against the buildings so you had to walk in between them. They literally force them in your hands.

I know they will share the info with us about any good stuff.

570, the LPE GFX in my opinion are by far the best available and look even better in person. They will be available painted as well as carbon fiber. As far as spoiler's there are two I liked street scene & unrestricted motor sports. I will post pics of both. There is also some LPE prototype badging that some may be interested in.

Paul, that is one heck of a nice price on that car, would look awesome next to the 2010.

RS, Bring home anything special for the Wife's car? or yours?
I did order my lift and will order the LPE GFX.

I really liked that LPE hood, just enough to look good without going over the top. Man those ground effects look really nice, I think I have more damage to do to the wallet.

Basically there are three tires that will fit our needs depending on what you want to do. The NT01 would be a road course specific radial while the NT555R would be A drag radial geared for the 1/4. Both of these tires would not wear well on the street but would be great for their specific intentions and would be better in a rim tire swap out for the application.

The way I understand it the NTO5R could be used in daily driving applications with better performance tracking and 1/4 mile than our pirelli's. So it would be a all around tire that one could use daily as well as occasional race apps. Wont wear as well as the pirelli's on the street and wont perform as good as the NT01 or the NT555R, but a good all around tire.

I was also looking for some WD-40 to get rid of a squeeky hinge and this tire booth was ok but the tires were a little big for me

LOL

RS, I was referring to Speed's ladies of SEMA pics.. He had one pic of a tire.. shown below.

You are talking about real Nitto's (for your car) and I thought Speed was referring to this pic of a tire. LOL See where my confustion came in? LOL There is a distraction in the pic with the BIG TIRE..!!

When I talked to Ryan, he said he was going to check on what they were going to offer it in. The silver LPE car had it in grey and the red LPE car had it in a carbon fiber finish, it wasn't a real carbon fiber. They should be able to offer it in paint matched. The Lingenfelter lettering on the ground effects looks pretty good. I really liked the new logo and possible badging. I would definately get the headrests embroidered if they offered it also.

LOL - that was a good TIRE....

I think I may go with the RE-11's for my track tires, you'll have to let me know how they are. I am sure if Pedder's is using them, they should be ok You went with the 285's all the way around?

Yes.. 285/35/19 on a 19X10 wheel. All 4 corners. The autocross people love them!

Pete (on the pedders car) had to run 2 deg. negative camber in the front to get the tires to clear. Too close - not enough tire clearance for me on the bumpy new england roads.. I went 1 size smaller than pete's for a little extra clearance.

The tires are in.. Wheels from CCW should ship this week.. I will post pic's of them on the car as soon as I have them and they are mounted.

I can't wait to see them. I am doing some searching on rims right now and will probably run the same size you are. Thanks 570!!

Windy with his CCW's is the closest I know of to having a Drag setup. We can prod Windy for pictures. After that, We will need to ask OrangeChevyII for a Pic and he has already posted details - he is the fastest out there...Only thing is OCII changed the brakes out so he could downsize the tire/wheel combo...
