I just started tracking my car. I destroyed a new set of tires in two OTD. The outsides of the front tires wore right out. My research tells me I need the camber adjusted? Do you have a specific alignment setup you request when tacking your car in?

JRE transmission dipstick time. I’ve been tripping over this thing for 2 years or more now. Bored operating the plant at work and have a window to do the job. Luckily my boss doesn’t care. I’ll update once it’s in.

It’s running great. Barely 10,000 miles on it so it’s got plenty of life left.

JRE dipstick is in. Nothing too dramatic, had to unplug the rear o2 sensor and move some wiring harness around a little bit to get them clear from chaffing and the tube lined up. A little transmission fluid on the inside hole of the grommet, and the tube slid right in.

It’s both frustrating and annoying that it still has the factory fill and no leaks and it’s low on the stick. I realize that the JRE setup accounts for an extra quart but it’s probably close to 1/2” below the cross hatches on the stick at operating temp. Whatever engineer decided this plug was a good idea in favor of an actual dipstick should have his degree or licensee or whatever burned! Lol!
