I guess it's possible if it is somehow sucking up some air. I would almost have to be in front of the O2 sensor though.

I'm thinking so on deceleration cause the leak is right where the header bolts up to the cat and about 2-4 inches down is the front o2 ordered some gaskets to get installed today I hope this is the problem

Check fuses first.
Check header flange for leaks. Visually inspect O2 sensor wiring. If its crimped . You will see it. Look closely. I've had a blown fuse cause that code and I've had an O2 sensor be installed improperly by crimping the wiring with a zip tie. So both could cause the code in addition sensor being banged around. I understand they're fairly sensitive. Also if a header is leaking it could cause the sensor to get the illusion you're lean. I agree , I doubt it's your ADM tune. I think Zippy has you on the right track. |

Glad u found the problem caverman lol. Cant wait to get back to my car to start throwin money at it errrrr I mean troubleshooting it as well. Although I have have a reason to believe I have a ground somewhere in the wiring that is crapped out on Bank 1 sensor 1 as I can watch it intermittently not report any voltage on the diablo dataviewer software. even with continuity checks done from the ECU connector to B1S1 connector showing good. still cant find the culprit.

I've been having this same issue..P0171 & P0174. It throws them randomly. I have a SCT x4 tune on it...I only run 93 Shell fuel. Should I start with o2 sensors?
