LLT/LFX Internal Measurements for Intake Manifolds?

Looking into the internal dimensions and measurements for intake manifolds to see exactly how much air flow both the LLT and LFX intakes take in. Was trying to plan out a conversion for the LLT engine to LFX intake but got to thinking about custom intakes and what would best fit with the set up I’m planning on running, any ideas for OEM specifications in those parts would be appreciated as I can’t seem to find them online.
