Larry, I guess they made a S3 PDS and a S3 PDS Torquemax, I am not sure how different they are but I don't see a PD SC needing more torque. I only want to do this once, SO I just want to make the correct choice. If this isn't a good choice I can always sell it.


Larry are you on a SBE LS3?

Larry are you on a SBE LS3?
I don't recall it being a torquemax, I may still have the box in my garage.

I originally bought most parts based on using the SBE LS3 but it turned out I had a cracked sleeve in cylinder 7 so I ended up getting my hands on a SBE LSA block and used that for my build.

You'll be happy with that cam. I 2nd the comment about proper tuning being key. Mine is M6 and I have the Stage 2 PDS Torque cam and I love it. Idles great at 700 rpm, and it was easy to tune out the bucking around 1500 rpm.

Rock that cam! It's the one I was planning on installing until I wasn't able to do a supercharger in addition to my cam swap. I had to pick one so I went with a cam, but the BTR stage 3 PDS cam with a 2.5" pulley on a LSA will get you 650rwhp all day on 93 octane and 700 rwhp on E85. Get in touch with Fasterproms via social media/YouTube. This is his go to cam for LSA blower setups.

Pyro the torque Max version that I have? I know they two torque and non.

The more and more I read the more Positive I hear about this cam, Quite a few tuners say it is one of the best, I was just going to leave it in the parts room or maybe throw it on Ebay but I think this will be the one I run. They say it makes great power and is very easy to tune and has great street manners.
