Keep in mind guys that Euro-snobs have pretty small displacement engines that really wind up...look at the car in my sig, I am qualified to say that. Hell the Lambo is only a 5 liter V-10. My M5 is a 5 liter V-10. Most Mercedes and BMW's are well below 4 liters...I think AMG makes a 6.2L.

With that said...my 5 liter cannot get better than 18 on the highway, and around town is dismal to say the least. I love the car and how comfortable it is, but there is no way I am keeping it for very long. I have had my fun owning it, and I love the feel the BMW gives me, but there will be a Camaro replacing it in due time. It has been my dream car for almost 20 years...I will not miss my chance on getting one.

The underlying point to this thread is that regardless of a person's financial status, the Camaro appeals to a broad range of auto enthusiasts, who in the past may have never given it any consideration.

I don't care who you are, this car appeals to everybody. I just got my Camaro on Thursday and took it to get my wife's green slip for her new 5 series at the local BMW dealership.

The sales person i deal with was asking me how i liked the new BMW and if i am satisfied with it blah blah blah. I told him it's fine but i don't drive it because it's the wife's. I told him that i just got a camaro and he totally flipped. He was like do you have it here? let me see it? I swear i probably had 8 sales people all around the car asking me questions about it for like 10 minutes. I was like guys if you keep showing my car this much attention people might leave an go to chevy. No matter where i go this car always turns heads.

Well I'll say there are car guys (and girls) who appreciate all cars and there are pricks who buy expensive cars because they are expensive cars and it's something to brag about. You can tell who is who rather easily.
