Sorry I haven't updated in a while been super busy at work trying to wrap some things up to hopefully take Friday off to get my car. It arrived this morning at the Roper yard. My dealer said he would release it into my custody at the yard and let me drive it up to him for inspection rather than wait for the transport truck. My wife didn't want to do that so I wait I will keep you guys posted if the wait doesn't kill me first

I have 3300+, but I have taken it on a trip to Idaho, I drive it to work on nice days and every chance I get because I know I won't get to for a few months.

Did you tell her the chances are greater that the transport truck could ding it and there is no way you would do that?
Oh well, you have waited this long, what's another day or two?

So i guess my camaro eather didn't like the Zune usb cable, or the Zune itself, cause it won't connect. And now it won't even connect to my computer.

Found this thread on the new posts just now about someone else who had the same problem...didn't read it, but thought you might want to take a look.
Good luck!!

Door Ding = Ding Bats

More than the door ding, I dread the length of my incarceration following a door ding. Allow me to share my past experience:

Three days after I got my brand new Tahoe, my family and I went to Crown Burger. I parked my car a million miles away from everything... We ate and when I came out, wouldn't you know? Some idiot parked right next to me. This same idiot put a lovely ding in the door. While I could have chalked it up to "just one of those things," I didn't. Using the power of deduction...I looked inside the car, and saw a kid's car seat. I also looked at the state of the vehicle and decided that I had an idea of who I'd be looking for when I went into the restaurant. I walked in and approached a woman and asked, "Are you driving the old yellow station wagon parked out there?" She said, "Yes." I told her she hit my car, and invited her to accompany me to the parking lot. She grabbed her kid and followed me. Saying all the way..."I didn't hit your car." I showed her the ding which oddly enough, left the exact same yellow paint color of her car on my door. She denied it again. I said, "There's your car seat. You opened the door and hit my car while you were getting your kid out." She denied it again, until I demanded that she open her door and see for herself the perfect match. I said, "I'm hoping you have insurance & if you do, may I see the card?" This apparently was the hot button as she then began to call me EVERY name in the book, and I mean every name. Each name was proceeded by the sentence enhancing F word. I turned to my Mom & husband and said, "Put the kids in our car." I asked her to not speak that way in front of her son and that he didn't need to hear it...but she continued. At this point, it was GAME ON for me. I couldn't help myself, and began to antagonize her by asking "Who's Dennis?" (the name on the insurance card) "Your name certainly isn't Dennis, but I could be wrong.." I then pointed out that the card was expired...etc. She continued to call me names and then ended every sentence with "you F-ing B*tch." Once I had the information, I calmly pulled my business card out, leaned in nice and close and said, "You'd better have insurance, because if you don't I will sue your F-ing foul mouthed a$$, subjecting you to my fees, service fees, court costs AND the damage you caused.....you F-ing B..." and threw my card in her face.

I called her insurance company & told them if I didn't have the check within 48 hours, I was pretty sure my neck was going to start hurting.

Guess what? I had a check within 48 hours.

Not my most "lady like" moment. But.... I gotta say, damn it felt good!
