It is good, most women are at 20% you dont need to lose, just firm up, nothing is worse than being too skinny! imo

thats how i am... i want to loose about 4lbs and tone up. i dont want to be bony. i just want to look fit.

i eat VERY healthy. i usually take in about 1400 calories and burn 600 at the gym. i also eat 6 times a day. i am a veggie freak so no problem there.

the eating after 6:00 kills me. my family always eats at 7:30 - 8:00. my mom doesnt get home till then on most nights.
