Im back out of the corner now since I was never knocked down. So now its livernois that is wrong on this one car. So much for MTI and the others then. Better think real well before you post there mike. These are your customers and they aren't buying it. So slapping your installers in the face and blaming them. Maybe they will take that in deep thought before buying your stuff again.

The bushing that I can see has the large holes. they need to be the small holes. Plus I took the picture and put it on my desk top, then expanded it until the entire bushing filled up the screen. I see no evidence of lubrication. Now maybe the did a seriously great job of wiping off all lubricants from the outside. the instructions for the A and B bushings are included in the instructions in the bag, plus they are online on our Pedders forum. If they did not install our special lubricant, then it is totally inappropriate to blame the bushings for making noises... mike dms
Interesting information to say the least... Well, if Livernois did not install the Bushings correctly, then they need to fix the issue and make things right.

Andy or Rick please respond or send me a PM.

He says in the other section they used other bushings than his and those are squeaking. Darn pedders get your story straight.

Maybe you should get yours straight before you go attacking members here.

Time to put this to bed for a while.

If you aren't directly envolved, as in you car, your company or your product, then lets just sit on the sidelines and see what the profesionals come up with.

Thanks,

FWIW.

I'm sure Livernois will get with Pedder's and sort it out. Both of them have potential customers and their reputations at stake.

Livernois has already proven that they are willing to do what it takes to keep the customer happy. Let's give Pedders a chance to correct the problem also.

Good learning experience for some of us, can't wait to hear from all the parties involved and the solution, even more importantly how issues are handled by these parties....very interesting indeed.

Pete and I chatted with Josh tonight. He jounced the back end and we could hear a squeak. We think we know what it is. Josh will do a simple repair tomorrow and take it out in the am. We will or Josh will report to the community what the outcome is. If not, we have step 2 already established.

Just for everyone's knowledge, I have been in contact with Josh throughout this entire process. I just got off the phone with Mike at Pedder's, and I believe we have brought together a solution for this.

Above all else customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand many of you are not close in distance to us, and we want to relay our commitment to this level of service.
