HD radio... does that mean that I'd be able to get crisp clear digital reception of all the Mexican radio stations in Los Angeles?

105.5 ¡Quueeeee Buena! *whiiiiiiiiiiiiistle*

Satellite radio is better than FM/AM, if not just for the fact that you'll never lose reception as you cross county lines or pass mountains.

I challenge you to name one audio genre that isn't represented on XM/Sirius.

love XM and Sirius. Even though their're the same now, Sirius works better in my area.

Anyone know if you can use the stock XM antenna with the Sirius unit? Got a lifetime subscription to Sirius and would like it if I didn't have to mount another antenna on my roof...

Sirius changed the way I listen to radio. Here in Orange County, we only have ONE modern rock station, and it's all Indie/Alt crap. Octane, Faction, and Liquid Metal have exposed me to some great bands that I didn't know existed. And NO commercials!

I enjoyed XM a lot more when it first came out but they got rid of a lot of the quirky channels we liked. Since the merger with Sirius, it's gotten even more bland - a lot more "blah blah blah" unnecessary personalities interjected into what was once a mostly uninterrupted musical experience. I'm still riding out the 3 year subscription I did a couple years ago. Any day now the crappy humming Delphi boom box is going to stop working altogether, too. One speaker already blown on it and I never had it turned up that loud. Sad, for a company which manufactures electronics...

I've enjoyed XM the past 5 or so years, but the next time I throw down that much money for music, it will be for an iPod.
