The wheels better fit the Cadillac V-series, but this was my first guess, too. The front end fits better. Perhaps this is a new Cadillac E-Flex or Converj concept.

I doubt...A LOT...that it's a new vehicle. Usually, they roll out new vehicles on a stage or from behind a wall. Nobody sees it beforehand. Think, Camaro, Volt...etc. If it's already on the floor, then it's probably already been shown.
