so dont prefit them to make sure everything lines up? I plan on painting them as soon as i get them

thanks. i actually saw that thread but know one put up prices for getting their gfx painted.

guys i'm not 100% sure the information we are giving this thread is accurate. the GFX are fiberglass. Fiberglass does not hold the paint as long has metal.Paint starts to oxidize, even if you prep and prime correct. over years the paint will thin on fiberglass quicker then the rest of the body.
Am i wrong in that statement? my expierience with any of the cars that i have owned tells me im may not be wrong.
I have owned 76, 78,79,86,87 camaro's and firebirds, 85 & 96 Corvettes and the first thing to go is always the paint on the fiberglass. in real world environments unless the car is garaged and never sees bad weather the paint on the fiberglass is gonna go.
his question was "over time will it last"
I would have to tell him no based on my expierience.
