If you guys are so worried about being exclusive then surely you weren't looking at the Camaro right?

Well a couple of things to consider.... more people shop for groceries than hot rod.... hence mustakes,

consider the last seven months sales.... hands down Camaro wins, even if you throw in the Challengers...

and exagerrating [sic] the stats is a typical thing among those that can't win any other way...

And interesting note is that destination is identical for both cars.

I gotta agree wholeheartedly,

I would certainly be caught driving that one.... when I ran out of gas or stopped for a light...

Sweet Ride

I agree. And since we've yet to see who performs better we might want to wait before we assume that the Mustang GT will need those Brembos to outperform the Camaro. Also worth noting? As far as I know 2011 Camaro pricing has yet to be released. Is there reason to believe that the msrp of that car wont increase?

Well, the base brakes on the V6 Camaro stop the car in the same distances as the Brembos on the SS. The real reason for them is fade and feel...so I've come to understand. I figured this was the reason they offered them on the Mustang, and as such, it would have similar effects.

I guess not. But that's the beauty of waiting: we'll never really know until we know.... I mean, one of the lakes could overflow and wash Michigan away for all we know.......

...but then it'd wipe out Buffalo, too....

I'm concerned that Ford is pricing themselves out of their target market. It's not just the Mustang as so many other cars are getting way too pricey. American incomes aren't rising as fast and any gain is coming from unsustainable high income Federal Government jobs.

I'd take out the 370Z and replace it with the Evolution X personally.

Actually I think Ford raising the price on the Mustang is the best thing they could have done.

The 370z is by FAR the better performance car... in stock trim anyways.

The Z is faster, handles better, has higher higher handling limits, cool synchro rev match manual, and feels sportier... Its like the poor man's 911.

The Evo X is a great performance car (mostly aftermarket) but if we are going value for dollar, it shouldn't be who has the most aftermarket parts/who can void their warranty faster.

Um no....$850 is the same destination charge for both cars which I feel is absurd.

When I review the price for a vehicle, I never include that.

GM upped the price on the Camaro beginning this year. If they went further I think it would deter sales. Time will tell.
