that doesn't make sense that you have to wait until next year. weird. maybe someone had it and they released interest in it (just read about this since i'll be doing it with my previous one because otherwise i have to pay a yearly retention fee) and it takes a year to clear out? i didn't read about any lag time for someone else to get the plates.

Oh well its mine now!

i wanted 5THGENRS to match my profile name. U can have 8 spots in Indiana but u have to use a space at least once. So the logical choice then was 5THGN RS

narrowed it down to 6 now...lol..i keep changing my mind:

none of them are taken. i'm partial to SS 5 GEN and 5THGNSS.

Got my plates finally. Took twelve weeks but the notification that they were in didn't come for another month. I called and checked at 12 weeks and they were in.

Got mine in last week and picked them up Monday.
