try using the printscreen button on your keyboard.
then paste it into paint or something and save it as an image.
if you cant do a text copy.

thats odd. it is possible to put an encryption into an email, but as to why i dont know. if you cant copy the text, then use the prtscn button on the top rightish part of your keyboard. then save it using work, paint, or something else.
