i'm having the guy come to my house on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 10:30am. if you want to get yours done, let me know by then so i can tell him a number of how many people want it done by him. or let me know if you're interested so i can tell him a number of people that might get it done and then i can send pics of mine or you can check it out at the meet on the 26th and 27th and see if you want to do it too. then i can give his number to you and you can call him to work something out.

Got my tint done at www.campbellfilm.com
No complaints w/the Better Business Bureau either and have been
in business for over 20 years.
They don't advertise. It's all word of mouth.
They're fantastic!
I was the first 2010 Camaro they did.

Don't give the police any reason to pull you over... and tack on the "Window Tint" issue. Same with front license plates.

Most cops are cool.

Avoid putting the super dark limo tint on your side windows.
My buddy just got pulled over by the CHP for tinted windows The motorcycle cop drove up next to him then pulled him over for just tint

I know some one made the statement about CHP vs local PD and I think it is true. CHP will pull you over and local will not unless you are being a bonehead.
I have only been pulled over by CHP for tintNo local PD

To those with the tint, how did the auto indexing windows effect it? I'm off all weekend so I won't HAVE to drive it, but if I do, will it cause problems with the tint?

Mine was fine.
Any reputable place will fix it if you do happen to have a problem though.
You're not supposed to roll down your windows for about 3-4 days.
I covered mine with blue electrical tape so I would not accidently forget and
roll down my windows

okay cool...sounds good. i've put tape over the window buttons on past cars after getting tint done too...lol.

i'm glad it's not supposed to rain on friday so it won't put any crimps in the install process for him, but what a weekend to not be able to cruise with the windows down huh? supposed to be sunny and 75 saturday and sunday...hahaha..that's good, but that sucks at the same time!!

Where i live cops are really starting to crack down on tinted window tickets. I know a cop and the 2 things they have been told to pull people over for more are seat-bealts and tinted windows.. maby not in ur area but in mine it happens all the time, it's quite annoying. I'm going to get 35% on the sides and 5% around the back... already figured il be pulled over for it but il enjoy it while it lasts

Also remember if you tint your windshield and get in a wreck and injure someone you can be accused of manslaughter. Would NOT recommend tinting the windshield.
