i am thinkin on the pullys as well, i cant do long tubes here in CA, so i kinda want to do all the smaller things i can and still stay on the good side of the smog police.

I wouldn't bother with those options unless you have some significant engine mods that make the 160 thermostat useful. As your car is now, it's not worth it. Reducing the pully size puts you in danger for various pain in the butt problems.

Like everyone said, it isn't worth much. I'd save for LT headers, there are affordable LT options now. You don't have to spend a fortune.
